Tender Documents are available at the Office of the Deputy General Manager/Supply, Myanma Railways, Corner of Theinbyu Street and Merchant Street, Botahtaung Township, Yangon, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar during office hours on payment of non refundable fee as stated above. Tender Documents can be also available at the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, New Delhi, India. Bids are to reach the office of the Deputy General Manager/Supply, Myanma Railways, Corner of Theinbyu Street and Merchant Street, Botahtaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar on or before the Closing Date and Time. The Bids will be opened publicly at 13:00 hour on the Closing Date at the above address.
All Bids not accompanied by earnest money (Bid Bond) will not (not) be considered. No Telegraphic/ Telex/ Fax/ e-mail proposal will be considered or accepted.
Myanma Railways reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without furnishing reasons. Tender will be accepted only from Bidder who has purchased Tender Documents officially. (Those tender documents purchased through Embassy must declare for whom they are purchased.)
The above Goods are to be purchased by the proceeds of the loan from the Government of the Republic of India.
