Open Tender Invitation to implement the Development Project
In Puzundaung Station Area
1. Local Companies and JV Companies of Local and Foreign Companies (Consortium) are invited to implement Business Buildings including car parking relating to train business on the land owned by Myanma Railway, Yangon, Yangon Region, by BOT system after leasing the land.
Location – South and North part, between brick wall, on the side of upper- Puzundaung St., Mingalartaungnyunt Tsp., East District, Yangon Region.
Land Area – about 2.73 acre
2. Tender forms are available within office hours from 27.4.2015 by kyats 500,000 (kyat five hundred thousand only) per set in Supply Department, Myanma Railway, Ministry of Rail Transportation, corner of Theinphyu St. and Merchant St. To see the location map on Google Map click here.
3. Tender Proposals shall be submitted at Supply Department, Myanma Railway, Ministry of Rail Transportation, corner of Theinphyu St. and Merchant St. not later than on 27.7.2015 (Mon), 14:00 hour. The late tenders shall not be taken into account.
