1. Local Companies, Foreign Companies and Local & Foreign Joint Ventures are invited to submit tender to implement Fair Price Housing Plan on the following place within Yangon City Development Area, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar:
Land area about 11.00 acre, Min Ye Kyaw Zwar St., East Dagon Township (to implement Fair Price Housing Plan). Google Map location https://goo.gl/maps/H8PPq
2. Implementation of such plan shall be carried out in accordance with the programs approved by the Yangon City Development Committee.
3. Information relating to the relevant plan shall be described in Instructions Tenderers.
4. Tenders shall be submitted by two envelopes separately as financial proposal and technical proposal and that shall be in accordance with the Instructions Tenderers.
5. Tenderers can contact to the Engineer Department (building), Yangon City Development Committee within office hours for any questions relating to tender.
6. Tender documents are available at the address mentioned above from today. For one set of tender is 50000 (kyat fifty thousand only) and it can be bought at the office of Engineer Department (building) by getting payment chalan from it and paying to account no. DY-9 of Yangon City Bank. The paid amount shall not be refunded for any reason.
7. Tenders shall be submitted to the office mentioned above not later than 30th June, 2015; 14:00. The late tenders shall not be taken into consideration.
8. For security, kyat 50000000 (kyat five hundred lakh only) shall be submitted together with the tender of Fair Price Housing Plan by Payment Order (PO).
9. Tender Opening Ceremony shall be held at the Office of the Yangon Region Government in front of the representatives of the tenderers. The date and time of tender opening shall be informed to tenderers.
