With their further expansion into the whisky distribution network, it was timely for Grand Royal Group to select FuturMaster as its partner for Production Planning. FuturMaster’s APS solution will be used to plan a wide range of production batches for over 20,000 outlets, ensuring the highest quality on its highly complex production. FuturMaster will provide guidance and technical know-how support for the scheduling of the manufacturing mixing processes and the filling and packaging lines of finished cans & bottles in each factory. Maintaining strict quality assurance standards which follows strict food safety regulations, with stringent quality control procedures following international ISO 9001 – 2008 standards certified by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is Grand Royal Group’s key priority.
Grand Royal Group aims to optimise its inbound and outbound logistics network to ensure freshness and timely supply to their valued customers and improve its delivery performance. That being said, Grand Royal Group will also be using FuturMaster’s Supply Solutions to reduce inventories in its factories. With FuturMaster’s Supply Solutions, it will create detailed sequences for each dispersing, mixing and filling operation during the whisky production process.
