Total Loan Amount Required: US$ 10,000,000

Period of the Loan or Joint Venture: 6-7 Years

The overall calculation shows that

  • Paid off the capital within 6 years.
  • Moderate it into 7 Years for the long term survival, reusing income in the hotel.
  • 17 % profit of total income guaranteed every year.
  • And there are chances to expand.

The boutique hotel is targeting on a niche market which is not price sensitive and will be able to price at a premium even when the industry’s hotel room prices are going down. It will operate to its maximum potential during the peak seasons (Oct – March) and during the slow months (May – Sep) to focus on maintenance and staff training so that the staff will be ready for the next peak season.

The founder of the company is a Burmese citizen who studied in Australia and has years of hospitality experience.
