Dear Mr./Ms.,
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP)to provide technical advisory services for climate information and services to manage climate risk in the dry zone of Myanmar.
Please send your proposals in sealed envelopes (separate for Technical Proposal and Financial proposan to The United Nations Development Programme, No. 6, Natmauk Road, Tamwe Township, Yangon 11211, Myanmar, as early as possible before the deadline and for electronic submission, please send only the duly completed Proposal Documents with above-mentiond RFP No. to bids.mm@undp.org ( Please attach password protected Technical Proposal and Financial Components separately; send the password for technical proposal within 24 hours after the deadline for submission of proposal. Password for Ninancial will be requested from only bidder/s whose technical bids are qualified).
Closing date for submission of proposals will be July 21, 2016 5:00 PM (Yangon Time).
