High Grade Paper Mill (Thabaung), under No.(3) Heavy Industries Enterprise, Ministry of Industry is intended to invite the investors who are interested to cooperate in the following (4) Sectors.
- To Upgrade the Capacity of the existing High Grade Paper Mill.
- Operate the Plantation that supply the Paper Tree and Power Tree to use as raw materials.
- Manufacturing the Value Added Products related to the Pulp and Paper Production.
- Establishment of Biomass Power Plant which can provide the necessary Electricity, Water and Steam for the whole industrial complex.
The investors who interested in those cooperation are required to submit their Draft Proposal, in which mentioning kinds of business, to Technology Development Department, No. (3) Heavy Industries Enterprise, Ministry of Industry at Office No. (37) Nay Pyi Taw, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, not later than 4 pm (Myanmar Standard Time) on 15th September, 2016.
Base Line Data concerning the Mill are available at above office and interested entities can submit the Draft Proposal commencing from the date (15-7-2016) by presenting document of company profile.
