Request for Proposal for Programmatic Mapping of Key Population in 46 townships to improve HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Services. Closing Date 15 Aug 2016.



Save the Children International (SCI) has been selected as one of the Principal Recipients (PR) for the NFM (New Funding Model), programs funded of “The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM)”.

These programs are being implemented through different International and National Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). However, SCI, as a PR, has the legal responsibility to the Global Fund to implement the Proposal under the oversight of the CCM. SCI is also responsible to undertake the procurement of the goods and services for most of their SRs and to control / monitor the Program implementation throughout the country.

Save the Children International in Myanmar, as Principal Recipient for the Global Fund to fight Aids, TB and Malaria is inviting qualified Bidders to submit proposals for a contract to provide the following services:

Description of Services Summary

  1. Develop and submit programmatic mapping draft project work plan and project inception report
  2. Finalize a programmatic mapping operations manual for field teams (in Myanmar language)
  3. Establish effective partnerships with key population service providers in all 46 townships
  4. Hire qualified team members in collaboration with local AIDS/STD team leaders
  5. Collate and organize existing mapping information from service providers
  6. Train field teams
  7. Implement programmatic mapping at township level, in collaboration with local NAP and NGO/CBO partners
  8. Communicate regularly with national and township level stakeholders on progress of field work
  9. Coordinate monitoring and technical support visits by partners
  10. Conduct routine financial management
