The Government of Japan and the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (hereinafter referred to as “the Recipient” dated February 17th,2016, concerning the Japanese grant assistance for the Project for the Reconstruction of Flood Affected Schools.
Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) is acting as the procurement agent for and on behalf of the Recipient for procuring the products and services in accordance with E/N.
