Request for proposals are invited from well reputed, financially sound, having experience of similar work and international and local experienced company for the following projects:
(1) Investment, Design, Development, and Operation of Hotel Project
(2) Investment, Design, Development, and Operation of Service Apartment Project
Investors, interested in request for proposal, may obtain further information, acquire the proposal documents from the office at Rooftop Floor, UMFCCI Office Tower, No. (29), Min Ye Kyaw Swar Street, Lanmadaw Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
(a) Security deposit US$100,000 (United State Dollors One Hundred Thousand Only) is required to submit request for proposal. Security deposit will refund back to non-winning bidders.
(b) Project location map, project layout map and project scope will be attached with request for proposal document.
(c) The proposal document shall be ready for collection from 29th September 2016 onwards. Request for proposal will be closed at 14:00 hours on 15th November 2016.
(d) Request for proposal can be collected with kyats 100,000 (Kyats One Hundred Thousand Only) at below address during office hours.
