Paradiso Cinema to build 45 cinemas across Myanmar this year

Paradiso Cinema has planned to build 45 cinemas across Myanmar this year, and one will open soon in Pyapon township of Ayeyawady Region.

Under the project, two cinemas have already been opened in Hmawby of Yangon region and Monywa of Sagaing region. Plans are underway now to open the third one in Pyapon soon.

“Our Maze Company and Paradiso Company are working in partnership to build 100 cinemas across the country in two years. There will be about 45 this year. Our cinemas are operating in Hmawby and Monywa. Another one has been built in Pyapon and it will open soon,” said Academy Award-winning film actor Lwin Moe.

“Mainly, we build cinemas in towns that currently don’t have one. The aim is for every part of our country to have a cinema so that local viewers can enjoy cinemas for relaxation.”

Paradiso Cinema has planned to built 100 cinemas around the country. Each cinema offers 320 seats.
