Invitation for Expression of Interest
New Mandalay Resort City (Yadanarpon Cyber City) has been developed In Mandalay Region near to Pyin Oo Lwln City on Mandalay – Lashio Road. The project area is approximately 10,000 acres and the Concept Plan is prepared to develop the project phase by phase. The conceptual development plan consists of industrial, commercial, residential, logistic, recreation and resort area. See Google Map location here
The aim of seeking Expression of Interest is to find competent real estate developer firm, (local or foreign) for construction, marketing and management of the project. Ministry of Construction will be joint partner of the project and interested firms are requested to apply with credentials. information and company profile addressed to Ministry of Construction, Office 40. Naypyidaw.

Development, Office No 40 Naypyidaw. The last date of submission is on 31.3.2018 at 5 pm. The short-listed firms will be decided and announced after scrutiny by the board.
