Consultant to explore how Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST) could improve infrastructure transparency in Myanmar
We are recruiting for a consultant to carry out a scoping study which answers the overarching question, ‘How can CoST potentially help improve transparency and accountability in public infrastructure investment in Myanmar?
Specifically the consultant will: summarise the context and identify attitudes on infrastructure transparency; establish a baseline of transparency; and explain how the CoST approach could be aligned with existing reform efforts in Myanmar.
