- The Government of the Union of Myanmar has received a loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) towards the cost of “ Regional Development Project for Poverty Reduction Phase 2 MY-P17” . It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the Contracts for the construction of the pilot project listed below for “Regional Development Project for Poverty Reduction Phase 2 (MY-P17)”.
