THE Myanma Railways-MR will rent 15 office spaces of the Yangon Railway Station to business people under a tender system, according to the MR. The MR under the Minis[1]try of Transport and Communications will offer the lease of 15 office rooms — five on the ground floor and 10 on the first floor of the Yangon railway station for three years. The rooms are 858.75 square metres and will be leased under an auction system.
The application form is priced at K20,000 and is available between 20 and 28 July. Those who are interested have to buy the forms at Division No 7 Yangon Office and the tender proposals will be announced at 1 pm on 29 July. For further information, people can make enquiries at MR Manager (economic/region) Division No 7 Yangon Office on the first floor of the Yangon Railway Station, according to the MR.
