Required Documentation

The following documents are also required to be submitted to us. Please check to indicate that you have submitted to us.

National Registration Card of each Myanmar shareholders. Please provide a good quality color scan and email to us. Take note that we need to know the NRC Number and registered address of the shareholders.

Memorandum and Article of Associations of Proposed Company (we recommend you use the standard template used by the Myanmar Company Registration office)

6 passport photos of each of the shareholders

Proposed Company Letterhead (A4 size) for new company designed on MS Word. If you don't send a format we will design a simple one on MS Word for you.
