Required Documentation

The following documents are also required to be submitted to us. Please check to indicate that you have submitted to us.

Passport of each shareholder who is a foreigner & National Registration Card of each shareholder who is a Myanmar citizen. Please provide a good quality color scan and email to us. Take note that we need to know the registered address of the shareholders in English.

If a shareholder is a company we need a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the company and the Board of Director's Resolution giving Power of Attorney to the authorized person to setup the company in Myanmar.

6 passport photos of each of the shareholders

Proposed Company Letterhead (A4 size) for new company designed on MS Word. (If you don't send a format we will design one on MS Word for you).

Memorandum and Article of Associations of Proposed Company (we recommend you use the standard template used by the Myanmar Company Registration office for now)

If you have a JV with any of the Myanmar ministry - please include the recommendation letter issued by the respective ministry with regards to this JV.
