Board of Director’s Resolution to appoint one of its members as Authorized Person with Power of Attorney to sign all documents pertaining to the setup of the Branch (Rep) office in Myanmar and to run it. (2 original copies).#

Parent Company's Annual Report or Audited Financial Statement for the last 2 years.#

Declaration of List of Directors of Parent Company. Providing name, address, nationality and passport number of each director. Signed by the MD, Chairman or whoever is authorized under the company’s Article of Association to sign Board of Director’s resolution.

Declaration of List of Shareholder of Parent Company. Providing name, address, nationality and passport number of each shareholder; the shares held by each shareholder; value of each share and the authorized capital of the Parent Company. Signed by the MD, Chairman or whoever is authorized under the company’s Article of Association to sign Board of Director’s resolution.
