4) How did you get to know the vendor and what is the rationale for engaging them?
I have visited Myanmar a few times I learned about the Consult-Myanmar through words of mouth and via surfing their website at https://consult-myanmar.com
When I contacted the company via email I was able to quickly arrange a teleconference with Andrew Tan (the MD who is a Singaporean) and he guided me through the process of how they can help me with looking for a suitable business partner in Myanmar for our company’s product that is targeted at the oil & gas industry.
5) Please provide the credentials of the consultants who will be carrying out this project.
The project will be planned and executed by the team from Consult-Myanmar under the leadership of the founder and MD Mr. Andrew Tan. Andrew is a Singaporean. He has worked for MNCs such as Kodak, Black & Deck and Siemens Mobile in various regional market roles in the past. Andrew has also lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Munich.
Andrew used to be the VP of Social for the Singapore Association of Myanmar (SAM). He is very familiar with the current IE Singapore Yangon’s Centre Director Miss Audris Tan. You can check with Miss Audris Tan about Andrew.
Andrew organized the business networking session for the over 50 delegates from the SBF Business Mission to Myanmar on 12th Sep 2016.
