Salary: up to USD 5,000 per month
Introduction:
- Our client is a leading operator of serviced offices. It is looking for a result-oriented, highly accomplished General Manager for its operation in Myanmar. The candidate must be familiar with off-line and online marketing approaches in Myanmar.
- The candidate will plan and manage all aspects of the business in different cities in Myanmar. Develop and maintain procedures and systems to ensure efficient operations. Train and manage staff to reach their optimal performance and to achieve the target revenue and profit.
- The candidate has P&L responsibility and will provide leadership at all levels of the organizations.
Job Requirement:
- A business degree from a recognized university
- Excellent in training, team building, communication and coaching skills
- Willingness to work hard and travel
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience working in senior management of a company.
- Strong in leadership, management, decision-making, problem-solving, data analysis, budgeting & finance
- Proven Sales & Business Development capabilities in Myanmar
